16 days into the 30 days shred challenge.
I did the 30ds train 15 times, plus I've been running 4 times (much less than usual, but I have an aching hip, due to an old rheumatism.

I hate the 30DS. But I should really be doing it again. Good on you for sticking with it! I've never managed to stick it out past day 12...
Remember that no matter how you feel about it, your body is your own to take care of. Try to treat it nicely!
